Local agent,  Joe Chadwick, and his team are based in Nerja to help your holiday go without a hitch.

He will meet you at the property on arrival to give you the keys and show you round. He is able to help arrange car hire, airport pick up, welcome packs and can offer loads of useful local information. Further information on the services he offers and the terms and conditions can be found below.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Insurance The properties and their contents are insured by the owners against the perils of fire, impact and theft. Occupiers are responsible to take care not to invalidate the terms of the insurance, and in particular to secure the property, as loss by theft is restricted to forcible entry. Occupiers´ personal effects should be included in their travel insurance and are not included as part of the building contents.

Noise & Nuisance To protect the environment for the enjoyment of all users, it is a condition of this agreement that excessive noise or other nuisance is not allowed and that the rules for use of the property and the swimming pool be observed. Persons failing to comply after warning will be required to leave the property without compensation.

Arrival & Departure Times The property will normally be available for occupation by 4.00pm on the day of arrival and you are asked to vacate by 10.00am on the day of departure to allow for servicing. Special arrangements can be made to alter these times if we are asked in advance and subject to changeover days. Please note that if your arrival time for Nerja is outside of normal working hours (8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday)  a surcharge of 10 Euros per hour will apply.

IMPORTANT
There is a policy of meeting all our clients upon arrival. The owners also prefer this and do not wish to leave keys with people we do not know and do not know us. This is also very useful as both parties get to meet each other and we are able to point out aspects of each property to you. Additionally, if you require assistance to reach Nerja whilst on the way from the airport, you are able to call us. However, if your arrival or departure times for Nerja are outside of working hours a surcharge is levied: 20€ between 2000 hrs and midnight and 40€ between midnight and 0800 hrs.

Damage Deposit The client securing the booking undertakes to be responsible for any serious breakages, damages or loss to the property and its contents during the period of rental, and is also advised to check the inventory, if available, upon arrival. The Damage Deposit – 100 €uros – will be taken in cash-euros- and covers any serious damage to the property, loss of keys, linen and towels and such items as remote controls, terrace/pool furniture and padlock/chains to secure such. Any other reasons for the deduction of all or part of a Damage Deposit apart from the aforementioned will be related to the client upon arrival at the property. Providing all is in an acceptable order, the damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of the stay.
